I think that John Brown was a murderer because he killed an innocent watchman and wanted to give slaves weapons to kill people or slave owners. Also, he wanted abolitionists to kill slave supporters during Bleeding Kansas. There is absolutely no reason why he needs to kill people that support slave. It is wrong to kill people violently. He should have talked instead of violence because the constitution protects freedom of speech and the constitution is the law of the land. Does he really deserve the half mast?
